Underwriters and Auction Items Needed for St. Matthew's House Gala
Naples, FL (July 27, 2007) - Volunteers of St. Matthew's House will be calling on local businesses for support and items for their upcoming auction. The annual Rays of Hope auction will take place on November 13 at 6 PM at Naples Hilton. Cost of the tickets will be $200 per person.
"Kim Doerseln and Charlene Greenblatt are among other generous supporters who will be assisting with our development of financial support for the event, and soliciting items for the auction," said Carrey Hitchcock, Chairperson. "The event will be an exciting evening for everyone. Attendees will enjoy an elegant sit-down dinner, live music, in addition to the auctions."
Underwriting packages are as follows; $7500-Grand Table Sponsor (20 tickets and signage), $5,000-Table Sponsor (10 tickets and signage), over $3,000-Diamond, $2,500-Platinum, $1,500-Gold, $750-Silver, $250-Bronze (all receive event program recognition).
Popular auction items include vacation packages, time-shares, exciting cruises, and spa packages. Recruiting celebrities that will lend their time to our endeavor is also in the plans for this event. St. Matthew's House provides housing for homeless men, women, and women with children. Its soup kitchen serves more than 120,000 meals a year to the hungry and it provides food packets from its pantry and other support to poor, needy people.
