SMH Catering
Many of our residents, some of whom have no job skills at all, are able to learn valuable skills working with SMH Catering that will help them obtain a job in Naples' thriving hospitality industry. This social enterprise also assists us in food and program costs for the mission. SMH Catering is led by Executive Chef Kevin Takei and Chef de Cuisine Eric Delano, both of whom have extensive training and culinary backgrounds at 4-star restaurants.
